Aloha Kakahiaka!
Today I will be running some comps in the Pearl City area near Highlands for this first property. I also will be running a little background check on the owner and what kind of situation they are in so when we go and door knock we know what to talk about and not standing there with our foot in our mouth.
This is the first post in this blog and I will not make it long, a few sentences at most. I might be adding a YouTube channel, I will keep you posted!
